There is a fixed fee callout of $65 which includes the first 30 mins onsite labour.  Most small jobs can be done within this time frame. Note, this is not a fee charged to quote a job within our core service area.  This is a service call fee charged when a customers makes and online booking for a particular service that we attend.

If you find a competitors price that is better than ours we will beat the price and take a further 10%.   It must be an advertised price and the business must be located in Toowoomba and operate from a commercial premises.

We are so confident that we will deliver quality service in a timely manner that if you are not happy with our service we will refund your payment in full.

We price our services by the job and not by the hour.  After all we are in the business of completing the words as efficiently as possible.   We provide quotes before we start work and our work is backed by our service guarantee.
