2. Services
Anotherquote offers a range of home maintenance and handyman services, including but not limited to:
- Garden shed construction and repairs
- Fence repair, building, and restoration
- Lawn care, mowing, hedging, and small tree removal
- Flat pack and furniture assembly
- Roof restoration, painting, and sealing
- Solar panel cleaning
3. Pricing and Payment
- Free Quotes: We provide free online quotes based on the information you supply.
- Callout Fee: A fixed callout fee of $65 applies, which includes the first 30 minutes of onsite labor. Most small jobs can be completed within this timeframe. This fee is not charged for quoting jobs within our core service area but applies when a customer makes an online booking for a specific service that we attend.
- Price Guarantee: If you find a competitor’s advertised price that is better than ours, we will beat it by 10%. The competitor must be located in Toowoomba and operate from a commercial premises.
4. Service Guarantee
We are committed to delivering quality services in a timely manner. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will refund your payment in full.
5. Service Areas
We service approximately 40km in all directions of Toowoomba for minor works and travel up to an hour for larger jobs.
6. Customer Obligations
Customers are expected to provide accurate information when requesting quotes and ensure that the work area is safe and accessible for our team members.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best service possible, Anotherquote is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
Anotherquote reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
